Need to Know
Here are a few SWEET details about booking “Tootie” our Donut truck or Indoor Catering Service:
We no longer vend to the public; Tootie is for catering only services.Our team will arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to the service start time. Please ensure the parking area is marked or Contact person is able to answer the phone upon arrival or service may be delayed. We require a leveled parking area for the proper functioning of “Hazel” , our donut machine. Once our donut machine is operational, the truck cannot be moved. Doing so will delay serving time by 1 hour, with no guarantee of recouping that hour in the serving time.
If booking Indoor table service, we require a dedicated 20 amp power outlet for consistent equipment operation. It is your responsibility to ensure your venue has the correct outlet. No refund will be given if correct outlet is not available.
Please make sure your venue has the proper amps and outlet and has approved the donut machine for indoor service.
